Are you expensive?
No! Clapham Group's pricing model is open and honest and most of our charges are displayed on this website. We believe that we offer excellent quality service at reasonable prices. Some companies offer you a cheap or free callout, but charge you heavily for their hourly rate or add a hefty supplement onto parts. Similarly, some companies will offer you an expensive service because their name allows them to charge a premium.

Clapham Group offer free quotations and our staff will always be up front about how much things are likely to cost you.
How do you accept payment?
We accept cash, cheque and debit / credit card payments for all of our services.
How do we get the keys to you?
In most cases you will be there when the service is provided. But we can pick keys up from estate agents on your behalf for quotes or in the evenings at your home
Do you provide free quotations?
For the majority of our services, we provide free quotations. We charge a minimum hourly rate on plumbing, electrical and handyman services.
When will my engineer or tradesperson arrive?
For your convenience we offer two-hour appointment slots. This means we won't keep you waiting all morning or evening for your appointment like some other companies.
How much will it cost for a quote?
Absolutely nothing! We provide FREE quotations which are fully specified with no obligation to you. We don't use pushy salespeople and you're free to decline our quote if you so wish.
Do you have a brochure I can see?
Yes, our brochure contains a full description of all the services we offer and we'll send you one free - just click here or call us on 0845 184 7132.
Can I speak to someone for advice before I go ahead with a job?
Of course! We are always happy to speak to you if you're not sure what you need or want some general advice. Our friendly team will try and answer any questions you might have about a job you need doing.

For bigger jobs such as building work or landscaping projects we can also arrange to come to your premises to talk things through with you, and we won't charge you for this.
